Notification on Overdue equests

I've set up the request form to include either a priority date or a due date that our employees can choose whilst raising a request, eg, i have included a Priority Choice where they are able to choose from a Priority rating of 1 (being an Urgent request) to 5 (Being a 3 Month time frame), But then another choice for the due date if we have an audit or need a specific time frame to be completed by they have the option to choose this instead, As the Facility Coordinator I would primarily have the facilities list open on another screen so i am able to constantly update and complete jobs.

Just curious, how will the
due date
be set? Will each request individually have a different due date (in which case, it may be a bit tedious for admin to individually set due dates to requests when they come in) ? Or will there be default due dates that are set depending on request type / priority / any other factors?A

Its not a matter of too long, Its more in regards to if the due date is set to 22/05/2024 and it reaches 23/05/2024 it needs to have an aler. We need to have two points of Alerts, one on the List of requests, like maybe those ! symbols in red on the top corner or somewhere visible from the list, and an email reminder, Having it pending for too long is great, but in most cases the due date is the most important for requests.

Hi Aaron, we already allow creating a workflow that will send an email reminder when the request has been "pending" for too long (ref https://blog.facilitybot.co/blog/knowledge-base/workflows/automatically-send-an-email-reminder-if-request-has-been-pending-for-some-time/). Does this work?
