A dedicated "Item Booking" feature, parallel to our Facilities Booking feature.

This feature should encompass a comprehensive history log, including the user, date, and time of each booking. It should also include controls for specifying the quantity of items that can be booked, defining maximum and minimum item quantities per booking, and maintaining an up-to-date record of item availability.
