To collect official data, consent, acknowledgments, or agreements from individuals (e.g., road users, staff, contractors) that require formal signatures and a documented record.
Core Functionality:
- Custom Form Builder Enhancements
- Signature Capture & Validation:
- Automated PDF Generation:
Upon form submission (and all required signatures collected), automatically generate a PDF document of the completed form.
- Automated Email Distribution:
This auto-responder should send an email to a specified email address (e.g., an email field within the form, or a predefined recipient).
The automatically generated PDF of the completed and signed form should be attached to this email.
- Storage & Access:
The completed and signed PDF forms should be accessible and downloadable by authorized FacilityBot users (e.g., form creator, admins) within the FacilityBot platform, linked to the original submission record.

This is a great idea — having a way to formally capture consent or agreements with signatures would really strengthen the process, especially when official records are needed. The automated PDF generation and email distribution features are also super helpful for keeping things organized and traceable. Plus, being able to easily access the signed forms within the platform would save a lot of time. Definitely a valuable addition!
