Enhance the Ready-to-Create Checklists feature by allowing checklist visibility to be restricted by specific accounts, similar to how the Schedule of Rates (SOR) visibility is configured.

Current Behavior:

Ready-to-Create checklists are made available to all accounts when enabled.

Proposed Enhancement:

Introduce the option to select which accounts can view and access specific Ready-to-Create (adhoc)checklists from the mobile app.
