[Location Tags] To make the drop down menu for sub and sub sub location tags more prominent

Current the arrow to indicate that the location tag has sub location tags and sub sub location tags are not very prominent and requestors might miss out of proper selection.

By default the field is only displaying the location tag. Requestors are not aware of that they can select the sub location from the same field.
Suggest to include a sub location field so that requestors can select the sub-location under the main location tag.
