As a result, some users select only the main building/location tag and submit the request without specifying the sub-location, leading to incomplete location details for technicians.

Improving the dropdown UX (e.g., automatically expanding sub-locations or prompting users to select a sub-location) would make location selection clearer and help ensure more accurate request submissions.
