Current Limitation:

Currently, all location tags are visible and selectable by requestors (with accounts) when submitting requests. There is no way to restrict which locations a requestor account is allowed to tag, even when requestors should only have access to specific sites, buildings, or areas.

Proposed Enhancement:

Allow permissioning of location tags by requestor or user role, so requestors can only view and select locations that are explicitly assigned or permitted to them.

Why This Is Helpful:

This prevents incorrect location tagging, improves data accuracy, simplifies the requestor experience by showing only relevant locations, and enhances security and access control for organizations managing multiple sites or tenants.
