1) Expiry Status Indicators
- Automatically flag licenses and contracts as:
-> Expiring (configurable timeframe, e.g., 30/60/90 days before expiry)
-> Expired
- Use visual indicators (e.g., color coding, status labels, or badges)
2) Automated Reminders (expired but not renewed)
- Send automated email
-> X days before expiry (configurable)
-> On the expiry date or
-> After expiry (if not renewed)
- Allow assignment of responsible accounts to receive reminders?
