[Help Center] Enable Email & Pop-up Alerts for Chat Follow-ups

Currently, there is no option to notify users of alerts or follow-ups within their chat conversations. Introducing an action-based trigger system would allow automated email or pop-up notifications from the Help Center.
- Ensures users (and agents) are promptly informed of important updates.
- Improves response time and engagement for ongoing chat conversations.
- Enhances overall communication and service efficiency.
