A filter function to sort requests by Assigned and Unassigned status. Currently, there is no indication for assigned or unassigned requests, which can overwhelm the helpdesk with the volume of incoming requests. Having a filter to show which requests have yet to be assigned would help identify unassigned work orders and streamline task management.
