Propose to include additional columns:
(1) Budget Allocated to Cost Center:
Purpose: To display the specific budget allocated to the corresponding cost center.
Importance: This column offers transparency by showcasing the allocated budget, aiding in better financial management.
(2) Current Balance of Budget for Cost Center:
Purpose: To indicate the real-time balance of the budget associated with the identified cost center.
Importance: This column provides an immediate snapshot of the remaining budget, facilitating informed decision-making.

the logic for the excel is not straightforward
(A) Each Cost Center can have multiple budgets (no period, monthly, annual), so which one to show, or show all?
(B) Balance calculation should be (i) at point of download, (ii) at the point of the expenditure creation OR (iii) at the point of expenditure approval?
Feels like something like this is better viewed on web rather that statically in a excel download

Having multiple budgets for cost center is fine with us but budgets should be closed after one year as per the financial book keeping requirement in India
The balance calculation should be for all below.
(i) at point of download, (ii) at the point of the expenditure creation OR (iii) at the point of expenditure approval?
I can also schedule a teams meeting if require clarification on the importance of all above
