Requestors should have the ability to upload additional documents (e.g., sub PTWs, daily validations) after a Permit to Work (PTW) has been submitted. While the completed PTW should remain unmodifiable, requestors could upload related documents via a link provided in the email acknowledgment of the completed PTW.

These additional documents should be accessible in the web portal, ideally under the PTW’s notes or attachments section, with no limit on the number of file uploads.
