Can we include a Download button for attachments, allowing users to quickly and efficiently access files with a single click, improving usability and workflow efficiency.

Jimhendrick Lababo attachment is included in the completion email. Or can I check what is the email feature specifically?

Ari Abdul Hi Sir Ari, yes, it is visible on the client view, but sometimes they don’t receive the email. I just want to assist them by providing an easy and convenient way to generate the PDF file and send it to them, if possible. If not, I can access it on the web application on my phone. Thank you

Jimhendrick Lababo: If their email is in the email field, they should be receiving the completion email with the attachment. You can check under Statistics > Emails Sent to verify if they have received the completion email.
