Currently, system-generated emails are sent from the default address no-reply@facilitybot.co
The system should support sending automated emails using the company’s designated email address to improve recognition and communication with recipients.

  • Allow organizations to configure a custom sender email address for system-generated automated emails.
  • The configured company email should be used as the sender address instead of the default no-reply email.
  • The sender name and email should reflect the organization sending the automated notification.
  • Ensure the configured email applies to all automated emails generated by the system.
  • Maintain a fallback to the default no-reply email if a custom sender email is not configured.
