A feature that enables the linking of specific custom service request forms to quick reply buttons. This functionality would provide greater flexibility and customization options for our users, allowing them to access tailored service request forms directly from quick reply options.
Perhaps we could have custom trigger terms for each custom service request form. Managers can define unique trigger terms that correspond to specific service request categories or types. When users select a quick reply button associated with a particular trigger term, they are directed to the corresponding custom service request form.
