To be able to select which fault types are displayed in the Fault Type Question drop-down menu for Service Request forms.
Currently, the fault type question is utilized for custom service requests. For instance, when creating a form for Technical Services, it’s important to only show fault types relevant to this category, not the other fault types like cleaning, security etc.
This enhancement would help streamline the request process and improve the user experience by ensuring requestors see only the most applicable options.
