[Checklists] Show "Sign Off By" Column in the Checklist Pending Page

Currently, the "Pending" page for checklists does not display who is assigned to sign off on checklists that require review. While the parent checklist page does show this information, managers have no visibility from the pending checklist view.
Proposed Enhancement:
- Add a "Sign Off By" column to the Checklist Pending Page, similar to the parent checklist view. This column should display:
- To display the account(s) or sign off process flow responsible for checklist sign-off
