In the current CSV export for checklists, all possible options for multiple choice and single choice fields are displayed - even those that were not selected by the responder. This differs from the checklist PDF export, which shows only the selected options.

Suggested Enhancement:

To display only the selected options for multiple choice and single choice questions in the checklist csv export, aligning its behavior with the PDF export format.
