[Checklists] Calendar to display all scheduled checklists (including completed ones)

Currently, the checklist calendar only highlights pending and upcoming checklists. Once completed, checklists are no longer visible on the calendar. Having all scheduled checklists (both pending and completed) displayed would provide a clearer historical and planning view.
