[Checklists] Allow Responders to Record Time Spent on Checklists

Enable responders to log the time spent completing each checklist. When multiple responders are involved, the total time should be automatically computed based on all responders’ recorded times.
This feature would help managers monitor responder performance, analyze task duration, and identify potential process bottlenecks. It also supports better resource planning and productivity tracking for maintenance and inspection tasks.

A PM could have multiple people completing it. The PM could take up to a few days so they need to know how much time was spent on working on the checklist per person. Assigned users indicate how much time they spent on the checklist - this is verified by the manager
At the same time the system should be able to show the breakdown on the time spent (by each responder) on the PM

Patrick Sim they're looking to monitor the time spent by each responder assigned to the checklist. The PM is split between the assigned responders - each will work on part(s) of the checklist.
