A PM could have multiple people completing it. The PM could take up to a few days so they need to know how much time was spent on working on the checklist per person. Assigned users indicate how much time they spent on the checklist - this is verified by the manager
At the same time the system should be able to show the breakdown on the time spent (by each responder) on the PM
