Currently, single-choice response fields do not support free-text input, limiting staff to selecting only from predefined options. This enhancement would allow users to enter a custom response when none of the listed choices apply.

Perhaps instead of adding a free text response below the single choice options, add an "Other" option in single-choice fields that, when selected, enables a free-text input box.
