Allow certain managers to also view completed checklists that do not require sign-off in the Review tab just like the admin role.

Currently, managers can only view completed checklists that are assigned to them for sign-off.

This ensures managers have full visibility of all completed checklists, even those that don’t require their approval, for better oversight and reporting.
