To introduce an ad-hoc push reminder feature for pending checklists. This would allow managers to manually trigger a reminder to responders directly from the web portal, rather than relying solely on due dates and automated reminders.
Use case:
When reviewing pending checklists, managers should have a “Send Reminder” or alert button that instantly pushes a notification to the assigned technician. This enables real-time follow-ups, especially in cases where checklists are overdue or require urgent attention.
