Currently, checklist scores in the graph view are only visible when users hover their cursor over the data points. This makes it less convenient to quickly review or present the results.

It would be useful to display the checklist score values directly on top of the graph/data points by default, improving readability and allowing users to view results at a glance without needing to hover over each
