Currently, the chatbot only allows customization of the welcome message and fallback message. However, other auto-generated messages—such as status updates for requests—cannot be modified.
It would be useful to allow managers/admins to customize these system-generated status messages so they can better match their communication style, provide clearer instructions, or include additional information relevant to their workflows. This would give organizations more flexibility in how the chatbot communicates request updates to users.
