The ability to bulk update asset details using the import function. Currently, the import function only adds to the existing list of assets without allowing for the overriding and updating of asset details.

This feature would enable users to update asset descriptions and other details by uploading an updated list, which would then update the existing assets. Importantly, updating the assets will not change the asset IDs; they will remain intact.

This is crucial for maintaining workflows within FacilityBot that include asset tags and other linked features without having to delete and re-add assets.
