Currently, there is need to manually download the Fault Report case summary pdf and attach it when creating a RFQ directly from the Fault event

. This manual effort takes time and cumbersome. It would be great to have the case summary pdf directly attached onto the RFQ event when we are creating RFQ from fault report.
