Allow Custom Tasks in Schedules page

Currently, only Requests and Checklists are considered tasks for Responders in the Schedules page. Could be useful to allow users to add custom Tasks (which are not Requests and Checklists) that could be added to the Responders schedules. This could help in daily rostering of Responders

Princeton DG finds this feature useful as they’d like it to be separate from the checklist module.

However, they also requested the option to link it to Preventive Maintenance (PM) -essentially having it as a standalone module that allows the creation of custom tasks, with the flexibility to link those tasks to checklists or requests.
