In the current setup, only users from messaging channels or designated “Requestor” accounts can be tagged using the Requestor Tags feature. However, managers and responders—who can also submit requests themselves—cannot be tagged as requestors.
For ALR - They want certain service request forms to be visible only to specific requestor tags. In their setup, each department will have its own requestor tag and corresponding service form. Only the respective department's requestors (via the requestor portal) should see their assigned form.

[Custom Service Request] Extend Requestor Tag Visibility Control to Manager and Responder Accounts
A
Ari Abdul
Currently, Requestor Tags are applied specifically to Requestors from messaging channels and Requestor accounts to control visibility of certain request types.
However, Managers and Responders can also act as Requestors when submitting requests via the platform. Despite the use of Requestor Tags to restrict certain request types, Managers and Responders can still view all request types, even those tagged to be hidden.
To apply visibility control of request types to Manager and Responder accounts, similar to how account-specific permissions are set in the Schedule of Rates (SOR) feature. This will allow administrators to specify exactly which accounts (Requestors, Managers, Responders) are permitted to see specific request types.

Requestor tagging is used for Permissioning (e.g. only Requestors with
Tenant
tags can book rooms). What would be the purpose of tagging managers and responders? We already have Account
Tags for Admin / Managers / RespondersA
