[Sensors] Support Sensor Data Decoding

Previously, data from some sensors appeared as raw, unreadable strings in the system, requiring manual decoding or external tools to make sense of the information—hindering real-time monitoring and analysis. To address this, the system now supports Sensor Data Decoding for supported sensor types, automatically interpreting and converting raw input into meaningful, human-readable values. This allows users to gain immediate insights—such as temperature, humidity, or motion status—improving responsiveness and decision-making in the field.
