Contracts] Add scroll bar to support sliding many custom fields

Tables in Parts, Licenses, and Contracts pages now support horizontal scrolling for better handling of multiple custom fields. The action column (e.g., View, Edit) is fixed on the right, ensuring it remains visible at all times while scrolling.
