Responders can now access a new Dashboard from the mobile app’s navigation menu to view request counts at a glance, including Pending, In Progress, Overdue, Due Today, and High Priority. Tap any category to open the corresponding Requests list.
Customizable Quick Access shortcuts provide easy access to frequently used features. Responders can select and save up to four shortcuts based on their permissions.
