[Facilities] Use more generic language in the messaging channels to support bookings which may not be for "Facilities" (e.g. laptops)

The Facilities Booking feature now supports more flexible terminology to accommodate various booking needs beyond traditional facilities. Some clients use this feature to book items like laptops or other equipment, so we've updated the text to be more generic. This change ensures a clearer and more adaptable booking experience for all users.
